We stand behind the products we sell. Finest & Co does not offer refunds on any opened/ used goods but your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us at:

Exchanges may only happen on certain items. Apparel cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

DELIVERY

Finest & Co offers shipping to only the US currently at this time. All products are made to order and take time to produce. Please allow 1-2 weeks on order preparation though generally shipping happens much faster depending on the order. The delivery time frames are for reference only. There is no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time. Transit times can vary based on the shipping location, weather condition, custom inspection. Once the order has shipped an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Be sure to check the spam folder as some times the shipping confirmation will end up there. Tracking numbers will be issued to you on orders that apply.
